I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were attractive, very clean, and comfortable with lots of amenities that all worked well. The only downside was the absence of a bathtub and a view from the room.

The rooms, despite lacking a real view and being noisy with a layout from the kitchen to the bathroom and bedroom, were spacious. The location was convenient, situated in the heart of the Old Quarter, perfect for exploring by foot. The dining experience offered a nice selection of European and Vietnamese food, including delicious homemade products. The facilities were well-organized, offering services such as room service, car hire, laundry, and more.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with a small balcony, conveniently located for our trip to Halong Bay. The rooms were not well-kept and lacked windows, but the location made up for it.
